Requently Asked Question: Travel Grants

I have been awarded a travel grant, when and where can I pick up my award money? In order for you to receive your travel grant reimbursement check you need to: (1) bring a photocopy of your travel receipts (e.g. airplane ticket, hotel bill); (2) pick up your awarded travel grant check at the ISA registration desk from ISA Travel Grant Coordinator Shabana Shah on either: Wednesday, March 2 from Noon-6pm, Thursday, March 3 from 1pm-6pm, Friday, March 4 from 1pm-6pm. For Non-North American recipients only, the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel front desk will cash your Travel Grant check. These services are available daily from: 12pm-2pm and 7pm-9pm.
